Terms of Service

Last updated: February 12, 2026

1. Service Description

R-Data ("the Service") is a data retrieval platform delivered as a Chrome Extension with a supporting web backend. The Service extracts structured data from visual document platforms and enables users to export that data or migrate it to other platforms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the R-Data Chrome Extension or using the R-Data website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Ownership

You own your data. R-Data does not claim ownership of any documents, diagrams, or other content extracted through the Service. The Service is a tool that retrieves data you already own from platforms where it is stored.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and extract the documents you select.
  • You agree not to use the Service to access documents belonging to other users without authorization.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party platform's terms of service.
  • You are responsible for any content migrated to third-party platforms (e.g., Miro) through the Service.

6. Pricing and Payment

R-Data uses a volume-based pricing model. Prices are displayed before checkout. All payments are one-time charges processed through Stripe. Each purchase grants a document extraction capacity that does not expire.

7. Refunds

If the Service fails to extract your documents due to a technical issue on our end, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting support@supe-us.com. Refunds are not available if the extraction completed successfully, regardless of the quality of the output.

8. Service Availability

R-Data relies on third-party platforms (Lucidchart, Miro) that may change their APIs, rate limits, or access policies at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to extraction or migration capabilities. If a third-party platform blocks access, we will attempt to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee continued service.

9. Limitation of Liability

R-Data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, R-Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

R-Data's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your extracted data will be deleted according to our standard retention policy (7-day TTL).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Contact
